HI my people

Hey everyone,
Sorry it has been a while, I have been busy at school and at home with Mommy and Daddy. I really enjoy going to Daycare, they call it a school because we will learn sign language and all sorts of fun stuff. My teachers love me!! They are very sweet and nice. We have Miss Precious, Miss Jackie and Miss Celeste, they really enjoy taking care of me. I fall asleep in their arms.

So, lots has changed since I last wrote. I am sleeping about 8 hours a night and last night I got a whopping 9!! Yippeee. Mommy and Daddy make me laugh all the time, so I have developed a million dollar smile, yeah, I said it:) Daddy took some pictures of me the other morning before school when I was all dressed up in my pretty dress. He also took some after he picked me up, I am all bundled up and smiling lots!! Anyway, I am looking forward to the holidays and seeing Grancy, Grand papa next week. I also can't wait for the overnight drive to Powhatan. I know Mom and Dad are excited to get to Virginia, but not thrilled about the drive overnight!

Wow, I am growing fast

I apologize for not writing sooner, but I have been busy growing like a weed. I am two months old and have the body of a 5 month old! Let's see, lots has happened in the last 3 weeks. I met Papa Joe this past weekend, he was so nice to me! He and Nana were visiting, always nice to see Nana. Grancy and Grand pa pa along with Aunt Em were visiting the week before. We have had a full house!!! Also, last week Ryan was here with my new boyfriend Colin. He was so sweet to me, as you can see from some of the pics, we had some bonding on the play mat:)

Things are well, I got my first round of shots last week and only cried for 30 seconds. Daddy picked me up and consoled me and I realized it didn't really hurt. We celebrated Halloween yesterday and I have to admit that I looked cute, I was a lady bug.

I am a little nervous to start day care on Monday, but I hear this is the best place in the city so I will be in good hands. I will be learning lots there too! Anyway, hope everyone is well, I will try to update more often..that's it for now.

Sorry...

I have not posted in a while, I have been so busy going through my growth spurt! Life is good, life is good. I am sleeping 4-6 hours straight each night, mostly closer to 6 if I am lucky. Daddy is convinced he has taught me to say Hi...maybe he has, but I think I am just mimicking him or something.

Mommy and I have been having some great bonding since she has been out of work, she is a fantastic mother, I love her so much. Same with Daddy, he and mommy make me smile all the time, and now they are real smiles, not just gas:) Daddy takes me on special walks each saturday and sunday morning with Kaily. We will walk for close to an hour around the city. This gives Mommy some good sleep time and that makes me happy!

Daddy is heading to Hawaii on thursday for a few days and I am going to miss him so much. I know he is doing good work with the cancer non-profit, so I am cool with it. Besides, Grammy is coming into town, so I will get some good bonding time with her too! Anyway, I need to go grab some more grub..that is slang for formula. Play Date today!!

Hi Everyone,
Sorry I have not been on in a while, I was a little grumpy, but mommy and daddy figured out I needed a new formula. I am much happier now. So today, mommy and daddy's friend Kristin came over with her son, his name is JD and he is 4 weeks older than I am. Mommy took me on a walk with Kristin and JD. Well JD and I did not walk, but you get the picture. It was a lot of fun.

Anyway, I have bigger news to tell you. I am able to roll over now from my tummy to my back with no help!! The books say that I am doing that a month early. I am also very strong, I can grip hands and I try to suck my thumb. The book also says that this is early, so I could be a very athletic little girl. Very exciting because I want to do a triathlon with daddy! I uploaded some more pictures, as you can see, Daddy and I fell asleep together on the couch. There is also a picture of me just sitting and hanging out on the couch. That is all for now, I will try to write more later. Hope everyone is well.

Uncle Karl and 5 years for mom and dad

Hey everyone,
So, last night Uncle Karl came over and babysat me!!! yippee! It was a nice break away from mom and dad. Uncle Karl is so nice to me. Mommy and Daddy went to dinner since it was there 5 year anniversary. I bet they were happy to get away from me too, hahahaha. So, I cried lots with Uncle Karl...and would not go to sleep even when mommy and daddy came home from dinner. I am a little grumpy lately. Today, Daddy took his shift in the morning, then he kissed me good bye and watched the Redskins game. Daddy told me they won, that was my first Redskins victory!

Mommy and I hung out a little and then Daddy came back. I didn't sleep too much for mommy and daddy today and now as I write this, I am still not sleeping at all. I am kind of grumpy, but I hope I can get a good sleep tonight. Daddy showed me a clip of his work with cancer on youtube, it is very neat to see him. http://www.youtube.com/user/thegrouproom He is doing all he can to get the word out to end this disease.

The other day, I hung out with Kaily too, she loves me sooooo much. Daddy said that Nana would cry when she saw one of the pictures because Nana always told Daddy that dogs can turn on you, but Kaily has no interest in me and just sleeps. She is very sweet to me.

Life is wonderful here and I am very blessed to have two parents that love the heck out of me. Anyway, that's all for now. much love,

Sunday, football day according to daddy

So, Nana left yesterday, I was sad to see her go, but I hear we are having dinner tomorrow with her. Yippee. After Nana left, mommy and daddy took me out for my first trip in the stroller. It was pretty fun, but then I fell asleep. I slept the whole 30 minute walk and another 2 hours when we got back home.

Today was pretty uneventful. I slept a lot as you can see in the pictures too. Daddy told me today that sunday is great in the fall as football is on. I tried to watch some with he and mommy, but I got bored and fell asleep, besides, according to daddy it wasn't really worth watching since the redskins were not on. Well, I need to go eat some yummy formula then prepare for my bath! hugs and kisses to you all....xoxo

Nana has arrived, wow.

So, I met Nana today after hearing so much about her. She is very sweet and loves me very much. After my bath last night..in which I peed all over mommy, I decided it would be a great idea to throw up all over daddy. It was very funny, it went all the way down his arm to the floor!! I didn't sleep much last night or during the day today..I ate and cried a little, I am a little grumpy today. I just ate and am now thinking it may be a good idea to get some sleep. Blog numero uno as daddy taught me

Hi Everyone,
So....today was my two week birthday. I really enjoy things here with mommy and daddy. Grammy left on saturday and rumor has it Nana is coming into town soon. I have heard so many wonderful things about Nana and I can't wait to finally meet her.

Today, I hung out with mommy for the first time alone all day. Mommy was wonderful. She was so patient with me even as I threw up all over the couch! I think she called it projectile vomiting, whatever that means. Daddy came home and I got to hang out with him for a while too...of course Kaily went to the office with daddy, but when they came home, she was sure to give me a welcome lick on the leg. Well, I gotta go try out my new mini bath tub since my umbilical cord came off two days ago, no more sponge baths! Yippee, I get to use a a real small bath tub with water. Until next time!!
